Holder is mainly used for clinics or hospitals for the medical care staff during the blood collection process. It can also be used for certain blood specimen transfer procedures.
Why this product is chosen?
When testing electrolyte levels, lithium heparin tubes must be used. Sodium heparin tube is prohibited due to the reason that the anticoagulant in sodium heparin tubes contains a large amount of sodium ions, and using them to test blood samples will result in severely elevated serum sodium levels.Sodium heparin tube is suggested for blood rheology testing.
