Multi-Sample Blood Collection Needles (Pen Needles)

Manufactured in ISO 13485-certified facilities and CE marked, XINLE Cell-Free DNA Collection Tubes provide an advanced pre-analytical solution for molecular diagnostics, liquid biopsy, and Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT).
Standard EDTA tubes stabilize whole blood for only a few hours before white blood cells lyse and release massive genomic DNA (gDNA), diluting fragile target cfDNA. Our proprietary stabilizer prevents white blood cell rupture and inhibits plasma DNase activity, eliminating the need for immediate cold-chain transport or urgent on-site centrifugation.
XINLE cfDNA collection tubes are widely utilized across clinical oncology, reproductive health, and translational research:
| PRODUCT/MATERIAL | Tube Size | Volume | Additive | Shelf Life | PACKAGING (INNER BOX / CARTON) |
| cfDNA Collection Tube(GLASS) | 13×100mm | 5ml | K2EDTA+ Proprietary Stabilizer | 24 months | 100pcs/1200pcs |
| cfDNA Collection Tube(GLASS) | 16×100mm | 10ml | K2EDTA+ Proprietary Stabilizer | 24 months | 100pcs/1200pcs |
| cfDNA Collection Tube(PET) | 16×100mm | 10ml | K2EDTA+ Proprietary Stabilizer | 12 months | 100pcs/1200pcs |
Follow these clinical and laboratory handling guidelines to guarantee sample integrity:
A: Regular EDTA tubes contain only an anticoagulant. Within a few hours at room temperature, white blood cells in whole blood begin to lyse and release large amounts of genomic DNA (gDNA), which contaminates and dilutes the low-abundance target cfDNA. XINLE cfDNA collection tubes are pre-loaded with proprietary stabilization reagents that reinforce white blood cell membranes and inhibit nucleases, keeping cfDNA stable at room temperature for over 7 days without background gDNA leakage.
A: Gently invert the tube 8 to 10 times immediately after collection. Thorough inversion ensures the pre-loaded K2EDTA and stabilization reagents completely dissolve into the blood sample, initiating cellular stabilization immediately.
